The regional news portal TV i-Vysočina.CZ has undergone a technological transformation and launched a new generation of its website. The project, which combines television broadcasting with text news, now focuses on integrating data services and content automation. The editorial office is thus responding to the growing demands of users for speed and clarity of information across the Vysočina region.
Data Centers and Artificial Intelligence Integration
A key innovative element is the expanded data section, which monitors key indicators for residents of the region in real-time. Users have access to an overview of the status of the D1 highway, the navigability of canoeing sections, and air quality in district towns. Artificial intelligence is beginning to play a significant role in the content, being used to generate specific content.
Part of the changes includes autonomous news called AI Energy Breaking, which monitors events in the region at hourly intervals. "The combination of news and data is what makes our website useful not only for reading but for daily decision-making," said Pavel Hájek, founder of TV i-Vysočina.CZ, about the new look.
Technological Background and Multimedia
In terms of user interface, the main page has been supplemented with dynamic blocks with intelligent photo cropping, which allow defining focal points of images. The website remains closely linked to television broadcasting and now also integrates the Radio ENERGIC audiostream directly into the portal's control bar.
Technical specifications of the new solution include:
connection to the ORCA distribution system for instant publication,
proprietary CMS system optimized for SEO,
full-text search in archives and a specialized glossary of terms,
possibility to segment topics within a regular newsletter.
The portal has long been profiled as the only purely regional television with 100% coverage of the Vysočina Region. The new platform is intended to serve both ordinary readers and companies and institutions, offering them automated tools for uploading and editing press releases into the editorial style.
