The media house CZECH NEWS CENTER (CNC) has announced the expansion of its premium project 11am, which until now has focused primarily on distributing expert newsletters. The project is now entering a new phase, offering two podcast formats and a series of closed discussion events. The goal of this expansion is to create a comprehensive content ecosystem designed for business leaders, investors, and analysts to help them navigate key economic and social trends.
The audiovisual part is based on two new shows. The first is a podcast titled Král Miroslav, in which Miroslav Zámečník, chief advisor to the Czech Banking Association, and Petr Král, former director of the monetary section of the Czech National Bank, regularly debate starting in early April. The duo focuses on deeper economic analyses and the interconnections of the domestic and global markets in their contributions.
The second format is 11am Briefing, hosted by Jana Tamas. This experienced journalist, who previously worked for international agencies Reuters and Associated Press (AP), has been with Project 11am since its inception. The Briefing's task is to provide listeners with a quick and expert overview of the day's most important events in a condensed form.
In addition to content for digital platforms, the media house is also launching 11am events. These will be discussion meetings intended for subscribers, authors, representatives of think tanks, and key players in the fields of investment and business. According to the publisher, these events are to serve as a platform for networking and direct exchange of information between experts and the readership community.
Project 11am positions itself as a “newsletter for key decisions” and relies on a paid content model. The current expansion into audio and offline formats confirms the trend of personalized and expert journalism, on which other large publishing houses in the Czech Republic also rely in an effort to diversify their revenues and strengthen the loyalty of affluent readers.
