České Radiokomunikace (CRA) reviewed the past twelve months at an internal conference and presented strategic plans for the upcoming period. According to CEO Miloš Mastník, the company exceeded expectations last year, thanks to a combination of technological innovations and targeted acquisitions. The company is currently focusing on development in the areas of DTT, DAB+, 5G broadcast, and artificial intelligence.
As part of strengthening its position in the digital services market, CRA recently made significant acquisitions. The company's portfolio now includes the platform for providing television services nangu.TV and the popular portal PLAY.CZ. Simultaneously with the expansion of services, infrastructure is being modernized, which includes a significant upgrade of the Lužice data center. This has been newly equipped with top-of-the-line GPUs from NVIDIA, allowing the firm to offer GPUaaS (GPU as a Service) services.
“Our strategy for 2026 is clear: we will increase our focus on artificial intelligence, data center development, and cloud services to keep pace with growing demand,” said Miloš Mastník.
A key factor for the company's development is the support from the investment group Cordiant Digital Infrastructure. It applies a “Buy, Build, Grow” strategy, which involves reinvesting a portion of profits back into innovations and further acquisitions. This model allows CRA to maintain its position as a national technological leader and expand into new segments of the digital economy.
The outlook for 2026 confirms a shift away from traditional broadcasting services towards advanced IT solutions. The priority remains cloud infrastructure and AI integration into offered products, reflecting current market needs and increasing demands for computing power and data connectivity.
